Special Events
In the past the SSAA has organised a wide variety of occasional events including Burns Night suppers, photographic competitions, wine-tasting events and special-interest talks on various aspects of the arts.

In addition, thanks to occasional grants from Spelthorne Borough Council, the Association has organised a biennial Young Musicians’ Competition.  It is open to local young musicians aged 19 or under who are of Grade 7 standard or above. Entrants are invited to perform vocally or on any recognised instrument. The last
